Virgin Atlantic - Rewarding Adventures

As part of joining Delta Air Lines, VAA needed to reposition Flying Club. We defined a creative wrap for all communications that would help members understand this mammoth change. The challenge was that most people were being negatively affected; we launched this new and historic phase as a ‘Rewarding Adventure’ with a personal and interactive microsite experience for each and every member, all 2.2 million of them.
